OK, I'll start by saying this past month has been crazy! We are having a banner year so far. Back on April 30th we were invited to Concord for the Woodlands Landscape BBQ Pitmaster Grilling Competition. More importantly we were aiding the Crossroads Church Missions group with a BBQ fundraiser for an upcomming trip to South America. The day was a great success. Almost all the food was sold and the church raised a good amount of fund towards the trip. I am also proud to announce that Proud Piggy Beat out the other competitors and took home the First Place trophy for the BBQ competition. I want to thank Scott Greason and his wife for all the hard work and many hours of planning that went in to putting such a great day together.
