Good day to you all, I hope everyone had a great weekend. This weekend brings us back to Waxhaw, NC. I know what your thinking. Back to Waxhaw? uh, you live in Waxhaw. Right? Yes, yes I do. I love Waxhaw. It's one of my Craziest weekends. We have a great following here in our home town. I encourage you to come out and enjoy the small town America that still exists. We will set up on the main Festival drag right by the food court. We will be sampling and selling Sauce and rubs all day Saturday and Sunday. Hooray for Strawberries
Welcome to Strawberry Season. With the beginning of every spring brings us one of the best festivals. You guessed it .... The Strawberry Festival in the beautiful downtown of Fort Mill, SC. Before I forget to mention it ( because I'm already thinking about Strawberries) Proud Piggy BBQ Sauce and Rubs will be selling and sampling Sauce and Rubs in the Arts & Crafts area .
The whole day will be filled with all sorts of fun stuff. There's a car show, Live music, Huge kids area complete with all the inflatables. There will also be a wide selection of BBQ. Oh yes I said BBQ. The on you need to look for is "Just Good BBQ" That's George! Just look for the 20' Black Smokin' Rig near the Stage and you will have come to the end of your BBQ Journey. My favorite is the "Carolina Cheese Steak" (Sliced Beef Brisket w/ peppers, onions, cheese sauce, and you guessed it Drowned with Proud Piggy BBQ Sauce. There's also BBQ nachos ( the best ).
